NORDBAK FAST-SET and DEEP POUR GROUT
Nordbak fast-set grout is a unique 100% solids epoxy grouting system that reduces maintenance costs sharply. It mixes quickly, and can be applied by just two men, without mixers, wheelbarrows or special equipment.
Ideal for grouting new crusherry or replacing old grout which has chipped or broken out, Norbak fast-set grout is self-leveling because it is low in viscosity. It sets up stronger than concrete, resists moisture and chemicals, will not shrink, and adheres more securely than ordinary grouts. Nordbak fast-set grout is ideal for applications where only ¼” to 1” of material is required.
The reliability of Nordbak fast-set grout has been proven in actual use on countless installations of Nordberg crushers, grinding mills, mine hoists, diesel engines and hydraulic presses, as well as other types of special crusherry in service.
Nordbak deep pour grout is a 100% solids epoxy grout that offers unique advantages in its combination of strength and economy. It incorporates graded aggregate filler that greatly extends the volume of the mixed grout, with no significant loss of strength.
Nordbak deep pour grout is designed for pours as deep as 6”. Because of its semi-fluid consistency it flows well under rails and sole plates, and is self-leveling. It firmly maintains critical alignments, withstands high torque loading and vibration, bonds securely to steel and concrete, and is unaffected by operating temperatures up to 180°F. It sets up quickly; crusherry is ready for use in 24 hours at 70°F.
For convenience, all components are packaged in one container, which also serves as a mixing vessel. Mixing and application is a simple two-man job that requires no costly mixers or vibrators. Time-consuming cleanup is virtually eliminated.
